Religare Hichens, Harrison's corporate broking activities include: acting as corporate broker for small and medium sized AIM and PLUS traded companies, as well as those listed on the official list, and advising on raising capital through new issues, secondary fundraisings and private placings. We also advise on rights issues, open offers, hostile and recommended takeovers and tender offers. The Company is currently broker to 18 AIM traded companies and 5 PLUS companies.
