Rob joined Religare Capital Markets from UBS Securities Asia Ltd, where he was Managing Director - Head of Client Trading and Execution (CTE) for Asian Equities. At UBS, he headed a CTE team of 90 people and was responsible for all Client Equity trading across 9 Asian stock markets. He was also a Global Cash Management Board Member representing Distribution for Asia Equities. His responsibilities included business planning and strategy to grow client business and stock exchange market share, pricing corporate transactions and block trades, client relationship reviews and solutions, creation of new business / trading platforms in new markets. Prior to that, he was associated with UBS Securities Japan Ltd as Managing Director - Head of Client Trading and Execution for Japanese Equities.

Sutha Kandiah is the Global Head of Investment Banking. Previously, he was at UBS for over 10 years and with over 15 years experience in Investment Banking. During his career, he has lived and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney – all the major APAC financial centers. At UBS, Sutha was the Co-Head of Investment Banking for Singapore and Malaysia, and the Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets for Asia. He was the only senior banker in UBS to hold two senior leadership roles in South Asia during that time.

Prior to that, he was also Head of Equity Capital Markets for Japan between 2006 and 2008, Head of Equity Capital Markets for South-East Asia (SEA) between 2004 and 2006, based in Singapore.

Tarun joined as the Chief Executive Officer, RCM India in August 2010. Prior to this appointment, Tarun was Managing Director and Chief Executive of Global Banking and Markets, HSBC India where he was responsible for delivering the Group's industry expertise, cross-border M&A advisory, international and domestic financing capabilities to clients in India. He was also Vice-Chairman of HSBC Securities and Capital Markets India Pvt. Limited and non-Executive Director on HSBC InvestDirect Limited. Tarun has led and advised several large Indian corporate groups, including Reliance Industries, ADA Group, M&M and Godrej amongst others.

Prior to his last role at HSBC, Tarun was based in Hong Kong as Managing Director, HSBC Global Markets, responsible for Foreign Exchange, Derivatives and Fixed Income Sales across Asia Pacific.

Jonty has over 13 years of experience in Asian Equity Capital Markets, most recently as the founder of Aviate Global which he grew to a team of 30 sales and sales traders across Asia.  Prior to that, Jonty was with Credit Suisse for 12 years where he had roles in London and HK focused on Asia and the Hedge Fund product.
